What is the 100 Day Exchange Guarantee?
Direct Bed Guarantees every mattress we sell for 100 days; that it will be a mattress that you are comfortable sleeping on. While our mattresses have been picked to be universally comfortable, some mattresses have slightly different feels. If you decide to make a comfort guarantee claim within the first 100 days of owning your mattress, one of our sales representatives will be happy to help you through the process of picking a mattress more suited to your comfort based on the feedback that you provide to us.
How do I make a comfort Guarantee Claim?
You are able to make a claim to exchange after the initial adjustment period (first thirty days). To Make a claim, any time between day 30-100 from arrival day simply email exchange@directbed.ca. You will need to include your invoice or order number. In the initial email. We will be happy to assist you in the process of making a claim. Please have your original invoice handy (we recommend storing this under your mattress). .
Is the 100 Night Sleep Trial different than a Warranty Claim?
YES, The 100 Day Comfort exchange guarantee is different than a warranty claim. If you make a warranty claim, you are stating that you have found a manufacturing defect in your mattress. If this is the case we will make a warranty claim instead. If however, within the first 100 days of owning your mattress, you feel that the mattress is not comfortable, you may exchange your mattress for a different mattress in our line up that is more comfortable.
Who Pays for the transportation to exchange my mattress?
If you make a comfort exchange within the first 100 days of purchasing your mattress, there will be a transportation cost involved in taking back your mattress and sending you a new mattress. You will be responsible for the transportation costs involved with the exchange.
If you call 1 844 475 3378, one of our representatives can assist you in finding a suitable method of transportation. You are also welcome to drop off your mattress at our warehouse location yourself.
What happens if the new mattress I choose has a different price?
You can exchange a mattress for any other of our mattresses at its currently listed online price. Additional discounts are not eligible for exchanged mattresses. The customer is responsible for the difference in price between the two mattresses. If the new mattress costs less the Customer may apply the credit to 1 additional product. Credit cannot be used to pay for transportation costs.
Exclusions
Directbed.ca reserves the right to deny any sleep exchange if the mattress has major scuffs, stains or smells. To avoid these issues please consider purchasing one of our waterproof mattress protectors or encasements.
