DirectBed App is a private internal business application used only by authorized DirectBed staff.

Google data accessed
A private internal business application used by authorized DirectBed staff to support company workflows that integrate with Google services.

How the data is used
Google user data is used only to process business communications and support DirectBed's internal operational workflows. Access is limited to the functions authorized by DirectBed staff.

Storage and retention
Source email messages and attachments remain in the authorized Gmail account. DirectBed App does not modify or delete the source messages as part of its normal processing. Operational results derived from processing may be retained as internal business records as required for the workflow.

Sharing of Google user data
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. Data may be processed by service providers acting on DirectBed's behalf only where necessary to operate the application.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Security
Access to DirectBed App is restricted to authorized personnel. Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are restricted to systems and users that require them to operate the application.

DirectBed's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
