Well the one was damaged on the corner when I arrived home and inspected them on their porch before I brought them in the house. This one was damaged upon delivery I guess.

Communication was great! The bed actually arrived a day earlier than I was emailed! Awesome! It is nice and firm with a nice top on it. It fit perfectly in our king size bed frame. The bamboo pillows are a nice bonus! Finally, sleep! 😴 Thank you Direct Bed!
The mattress is fine for a child. However, your delivery driver asked if he could just put the new mattress and box spring on top of the old box spring. So I said sure I’ll see if he likes it that way. It was at this time he tried to leave before he set up my mattresses! And when he finally left he took the legs with him so I no longer have a choice but to keep it that it is! It was at this time I realized He did not put the mattress cover on which is a zippered bag and I had to lift up the mattress and put it on. Please keep in mind that I have a lumbar fusion to fix a burst fracture of my L1 vertebrae!

I was expecting it to be a much better mattress for the amount that I paid between the two payments my mattress was charged $552.56 with my portion being $225.99! This bed is not worth it! I now need to purchase a mattress topper for comfort as I have had a lumbar spinal fusion and the bed is so uncomfortable! I had to stop the delivery driver from leaving before setting up my bed and then sat it on an old frame where the middle section was not attached and left with the frame still in its box! Knowing that I am disabled I am really not happy!

The bed is not fit for heavy people, and when you sit at the bottom of the bed, the top of the bed comes up in the air, which is not safe for me or any kids…. I can’t lay in the bed normal with all the bed flipping upside down so I don’t know Idk

The items should be clearly described. The order said it would take 10 days, but it took longer, and after waiting, I only got something that wouldn't fit. I haven't received a follow-up message after the long wait. Had to be the one to call for the update. I would love a full return and refund. Thanks.
Standard 2" 5" 7" 9" or 12" Boxspring Box Foundation Box Spring Twin, Double, Queen
The split Queen box springs will do the job. They are a bit short for a standard 79" by 60" Queen mattress. As shown in the pictures if you want to keep the box up against the sides of a standard steel frame on wheels, there is a gap between them. I myself cut a plywood strip length of 1" x 3/4" to hold them apart. Also be careful not to put thumb or finger crush pressure on the top as I think under the fabric is a layer of thick corrugated cardboard. The top surface is meant for the even weight of a mattress. In summary they are nice looking with the dark fabric and you will enjoy them for a long time.
Beds are poor quality broke the first use an we had to wait weeks for replacement , that sounds like it’s breaking when getting in and out of bed

This bed is excellent, and I truly enjoyed it. The mattress is quite firm. The only problem I encountered with the bed arose when I elevated the bed height slightly above the standard level, as I am 6 feet tall. Unfortunately, the plastic leg began to crack after a while, so I had to lower it back to the standard height. In the meantime, I purchased a set of four metal adjustable bed legs. I initially believed that these would be sturdy, but upon installation, the metal legs proved to be unstable. Consequently, I ordered another set of four adjustable metal legs, which resolved the issue. However, the screws that came with the legs were too small and fragile. After two days, I noticed that the screws had started to loosen. Therefore, I visited Home Depot and bought larger screws to ensure a perfect fit for the bed, which resolved the problem. I removed all the original screws and replaced them with longer and sturdier ones, even though they were labeled for the bed. The original screws were too short to secure properly. Now, I can raise the bed height without any issues, and the legs are securely attached to the bed frame, functioning perfectly. The bed itself is not problematic; the issue was with the legs, but I successfully resolved it by finding the exact replacements I needed.

I didn’t rate this product as a 1 star because it’s a bad product but more so as I was shipped an 1800 series when I paid for and ordered a 3600. I have left multiple voicemails over multiple weeks with no reply to rectify this issue. I bet the right sheets are great but I wouldn’t know as I never got the 3600 series I ordered.
We are thrilled to have two sets of twin over double bunk beds for each of our grandees. Sleepovers will be extra fun for them. The grey colour is beautiful and the storage drawers are perfect for each of their rooms. Really good quality, wooden beds. We purchased all the mattresses from Directors Bed, too. Everything is perfect!

I guess I now have to file a formal complaint with consumer protection. Thanks a bunch, you must be so proud. PS - we're stuck sleeping on your shit mattress on the floor with your shit bed frame sitting in the box in our hallway, until we can get a new bed ...even though we just bought a bed from you, but that didn't really fucking work out did it. 3/4 Size Box Spring Standard 7" Foundation for any Mattresses
I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. My chronic hip pain is significantly reduced resulting in a better quality sleep. I’m very happy with the support I received from Direct Bed. Their pricing was significantly better than competitors and their customer service blows the other big mattress stores away.

Pleasantly surprised to find a showroom instead of expected warehouse. Excellent knowledge of the bed construction and was able to work out a great price for me with free delivery. Excellent communication with the delivery booking and the delivery itself was quick and efficient.
Some wrinkles. Going to see if throwing back in dryer with wool balls will help. Sheets were shoved in a bag for a few weeks for storage. But they smooth out almost instantly on bed with just a few wrinkles after making bed. The softness of these sheets are ABSOLUTELY 100 PERCENT UNBELIEVABLE. AFTER WASHING THEYRE STILL AS SOFT AS DAY 1. The man said these are his favorite sheets he has ever slept on period!!!!! That's saying something. He usually sprawls out on the sheets like a cat bathing in the sun. Not sure on the stain resistance yet. Will update later on that. So far so good. The cooling factor is lovely. I don't wake up soaked but just a little wet. I have horrible night sweats and Reese sheets truly do cool you off for hot sleepers. All in all. 4/5 so far! Love. The only downfall is they don't fit completely around our 18" mattress fully like the other deep sheets by you guys. Kinda bummed about that one. We have to pull them back down a few times a week. But worth the buy cause no other bamboo sheets would fit our mattress.

Me and my wife bought this mattress to replace our softer pillowtop. This mattress has great support and our backs immediately felt better. It is slightly on the firmer side, which we love. I'm a side sleeper and back sleeper. Would definitely recommend.

Love our new Queen RV bed. Slept in it for the first time last night. I might sleep in the trailer from now on 😀. I am considering getting same mattress for home bed, it is so comfortable.
The mattress that came with our RV was awful and it can be difficult to find a Short King. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Direct Bed. The service was amazing. I used the direct chat, online quiz and emailed as well as I needed a tight turnaround. Every time they were very responsive. They even answered my questions on a stat holiday! Not at all expected but shows the service you get. The mattress itself (Louise) is amazing. I like a softer mattress where as my husband prefers more firm. We are both happy it is soft but it supports. We have similar mattresses from “the other guys” at home and honestly I like this one better. It also didn’t have the gross “off gassing” smell when we first got it. Which you would definitely notice in an RV. In summary, excellent service, excellent product and Canadian. We will be back next time we need a bed. 5/5 for sure.
