HOSPITAL & HOME CARE BED RENTAL FAQ
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Home Care or Hospital bed delivery is $99 each way. If there is a more complicated delivery such as stairways, or smaller spaces we may custom quote your delivery and setup.
Is delivery to my door or to my bedroom?
Delivery of Homecare & hospital beds includes all setup required so that you or your loved one is able to sleep soundly after we leave.
Will I get delivery same day?
We strive to get every order out FAST. We know how important it is to get a good sleep and sometimes, you need it as soon as possible. If you are within 100 km of our store, sometimes, we can even get your order out on the same day. Please call us at (905) 594 1247 to see if it is possible for you.
Most deliveries take anywhere from 3-8 business days. Deliveries within 100 km of our store can be done faster.
What if my homecare or hospital bed malfunctions?
If your homecare or hospital bed malfunctions, we will respond in a timely manner to fix your bed and ensure it is up and running as soon as possible. This service is included in the monthly rental price of your bed.
I've placed my order, what now?
Once you setup your rental agreement with Direct Bed for your home care or hospital bed, we will line up the delivery of your bed and provide you with instructions on how to prepare for delivery.
Where is your store located?
We are located at 43 Teal Ave, Stoney Creek. If you are coming from Niagara, you would exit at Fruitland road and head west on the South Service Road. We are approximately 4 minutes away on the left hand side.
If you are coming from Toronto area you would exit Centennial and continue on the South Service road (straight). We are about 2-3 minutes on the right on the South Service road.
